Each therapist works in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, offering safe, confidential support you can trust.

We understand that life is busy — which is why we offer appointments Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm, with some Saturday sessions available to help fit around your schedule.

A Comfortable, Dog-Friendly Environment
Therapy can be emotionally demanding, and comfort matters. If you find that having your dog with you brings extra reassurance, some of our therapists will allow you to bring them to sessions — just let us know in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
