Our therapists are all warm, empathic and understanding. They are here to offer you a non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. We understand that for it might be quite daunting for you to make the decision to start therapy, so our counsellors offer an introductory call where you can explore what has brought you to counselling and make sure the counsellor is a good fit for you. Therapy can be short term (6-12 sessions) or long term (open ended) depending on your needs.
